摘 要:
从粳稻品种‘秀水11’导入cry1Ab基因的后代获得了一个矮杆突变体。PCR检测结果显示突变体携带着cry1Ab基因。对F2分离群体的GUS组织化学分析揭示, 矮杆性状与插入的T-DNA不呈现共分离, 是无性系变异引起的。与对照相比, 因少1个节间和各节间均缩短, 突变体的株高显著降低。突变体的农艺性状也发生了变化, 分蘖数显著增多, 但穗长、穗粒数和单株粒重则显著降低。苗期和拔节期赤霉素处理表明该突变体及其野生型亲本均为赤霉素敏感型。关键词:转基因水稻; 无性系变异; 矮杆突变体; 赤霉素

Abstract:
A dwarf mutant was obtained from the progeny of japonica rice variety ‘Xiushui 11’ transformed with a cry1Ab gene mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens. PCR detection showed that the mutant still carried the transgene cry1Ab. Histochemical GUS assay revealed that the dwarf trait did not co-segregated with T-DNA insertion in F2 segregating population, suggesting the dwarfism was caused by somaclonal variation. Compared with the wild type, the mutant was significantly decreased in plant height because of less internode number and shorter internode length. Agronomical traits of the mutant were also changed with a significant increase in tiller number, but a significant decrease in spike length, grain number per spike and grain weight per plant. Both the mutant and its wild type were sensitive to exotic GA3 treatment at seedling and jointing stages.Key words: transgenic rice; somaclonal variation; dwarf mutant; GA3
